Can I use my account to make appointments for family members?

Yes, we’ve enabled this feature to make it easier for families to manage their appointments.

To use this feature to book for yourself and a loved one you would book yourself in normally; choosing a date and time, supplying your PHN number, and logging into your Veribook account using your email and password.

You would then refresh the page or go back, and book in your loved one, choosing a date and time, supplying their PHN, but logging into your own Veribook account using your email and password.

The confirmation and reminders will go to individual who used their email and password to sign in.
